Key Engagements
• Senior Agile Coach at Tide, a rapidly growing FinTech, supporting the growth of the Agile Coaching team and the development of a growing engineering community. The team were able to draw on extensive knowledge of scaling frameworks to support the creation processes for the coordination of 23 newly formed development teams across different practices.

• Training & coaching lead for a small and growing financial trading company with a revenue of $110m+embedding Scaled Agile working practices, running approximately 30hrs of customised training for the team in the first 3 weeks, as well as 1-1 coaching and advice. After supporting the organisation’s first PI Planning event, Scrum Master across 3 of the 5 teams in the release train, while upskilling client internal Scrum Masters & took on RTE responsibilities while supporting the company in hiring a permanent member of staff to fill this role. Managed UK side of the transformation work, coordinating with the US team.

• Working with one of the world’s largest banks, prepared a portfolio team for their first PI Planning event in under 5 weeks. Ran a 15 part series of online training events spanning 3 different times zones. Over the course of 4 introductory sessions, trained circa 150 people and built relationships with key stakeholders. Most significantly, became known as the “go to” person for the Scrum Master community, building their internal connections, a Community of Practice, and fostering a culture of sharing good practice

• At a large UK retailer looking to modernise their working practices, embedded a working knowledge of Lean & Kanban principles to deliver value to their internal customers faster. Fostered a growth learning mindset.
